Roof Restoration Scope
B&D Roofing Solutions completed a commercial roof replacement for Peters Development at a medical office building in High Point, North Carolina. The project included installation of a new 26-gauge AG panel metal roofing system and a mechanically attached 60-mil white TPO roofing system on the rear low-slope roof section.
The metal roofing work involved removing the existing metal panels down to the wood decking, inspecting the decking for damage, installing new roof underlayment, and installing the metal panels with the necessary roofing accessories.
For the rear low-slope roof, the scope included installing new insulation over the existing roof, mechanically fastening the insulation, and installing the 60-mil white TPO membrane with perimeter termination components.
Manufacturer Warranty
The metal roofing system features a factory-applied Fluropon (Kynar 500) finish backed by a Triad Corrugated Metal limited warranty. Coverage includes 40-year film integrity protection and 30-year chalk and fade protection, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
