IMMI SafeGuard Seating Roof Recover
B&D Roofing Solutions completed a 92,500-square-foot commercial roof recover for IMMI SafeGuard Seating in High Point, NC. The project was completed in two phases, April 2025 and August 2026, using a mechanically attached 60-mil white TPO roofing system installed over new mechanically fastened insulation. Both phases received a 20-year Carlisle membrane material warranty.

Roof Recover Scope
The 92,500-square-foot commercial roofing project was completed in two phases to address separate roof areas at the IMMI SafeGuard Seating facility in High Point, NC.
Phase I – April 2025: Recovered approximately 46,300 square feet with new mechanically fastened insulation and a mechanically attached 60-mil white Carlisle TPO roofing membrane.
Phase II – August 2026: Completed an additional 46,200 square feet using the same mechanically attached TPO roofing system over new mechanically fastened insulation.
Together, the two phases provided 92,500 square feet of new single-ply roofing without requiring a complete removal of the existing roof system.
Manufacturer Warranty
Both phases of the IMMI SafeGuard Seating commercial roof recover are covered by separate 20-year Carlisle membrane material warranties.
These limited warranties cover qualifying deterioration of the Carlisle TPO roofing membrane due to weathering, subject to the manufacturer's terms and exclusions.
The warranties apply to the roofing membrane and should not be interpreted as workmanship or leak-free system warranties.
