Boss Design Commercial Roof Replacement
B&D Roofing Solutions completed a 4,200-square-foot commercial roof replacement at Boss Design, located at 2014 Chestnut Street Extension in High Point, North Carolina. The project involved two roof sections serving the building's office and annex areas.
The existing roofing consisted of multiple layers, including spray-applied foam, insulation, and built-up roofing. These materials were removed down to the steel roof decking to accommodate new insulation and a fully adhered Carlisle 60-mil white TPO roofing system.

Roof Replacement Scope
The project included the complete removal of the existing roofing materials across two separate roof sections.
Roof A – Office (2,200 SF): The existing roofing system was removed down to the steel decking. New tapered polyiso insulation was installed to establish positive drainage toward the roof drains, followed by the new Carlisle TPO roofing membrane.
Roof B – Annex (2,000 SF): The existing roofing materials were removed down to the steel decking and replaced with new polyiso insulation and Carlisle TPO roofing. Tapered insulation was incorporated where necessary to accommodate drainage and roof transitions.
The completed roofing system included the necessary membrane flashing and detailing around rooftop equipment, penetrations, and perimeter conditions.
Manufacturer Warranty
The completed project received a 20-year Carlisle Membrane Material Warranty, covering qualifying manufacturing defects and premature membrane deterioration due to weathering, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
